Spa Manager
General role: Run spa in the lodge, oversee staff, and ensure quality services provided to guests.
Employment: Full Time Seasonal
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Train, supervise, manage, and lead staff
- Deliver superior guest service and ensure guest satisfaction
- Respond to guest requests and complaints
- Schedule, organize, and supervise spa shifts
- Manage spa reservations and spa website
- Maintain cost and service descriptions on spa menu
- Problem solving, monitor operations, and initiate corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with lodge dress codes and state health codes
- Nurture a positive, team-oriented environment
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years past management experience, preferably in the spa industry
- Working knowledge of MindBody spa management software a plus
- Quality customer service skills
- Flexibility
- Ability to analyze and solve problems
- Ability to multi-task
- High level of attention to detail as well as proven organizational skills
- Positive attitude, professional manner and appearance in all situations
Accommodations

Massage Therapists
Employment: Full Time or Part Time Seasonal – Compensation based on commission with an hourly rate for stand by time.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide massages to clients by appointment, meeting the Rustler standard of quality and service
- Guide clients through service offerings and determine which massages would benefit them most
- Take a detailed client history and note any health conditions
- Evaluate clients to determine painful or stressed areas of the body
- Advise clients on stretching, strengthening or relaxation methods
- Suggest future massage appointments and regime to clients
- Listen to clients during appointments and adjust technique as they desire
- Prep for massage, ensure spa treatment room is clean and sanitized in preparation for appointment
- Clean spa treatment room following appointment
- Occasionally perform massages in guest hotel rooms as needed
- Provide excellent customer service to guests
- Ensure sanitation and safety programs are closely followed
- Perform other tasks assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Valid and up to date massage therapy license
- Quality customer service skills
- Flexibility
- Strong/efficient interpersonal communication skills
- Self-motivated
- Positive attitude, professional manner and appearance in all situations
Accommodations

Work Schedule
- Flexible schedule possible – schedule set by Spa Manager and will vary depending on number of guests in the lodge and how many spa appointments are booked
- Weekend and holiday work required
- No paid vacation as this is a seasonal position
Estheticians
Employment: Full Time or Part Time Seasonal – Compensation based on commission with an hourly rate for stand by time.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides esthetic treatments that meet the guests needs and expectations
- Recommends Spa products and treatments and provide pertinent Spa information
- Obtains the basic medical history for a client, assesses any problems, or conditions and suggests appropriate therapy based on current health of client
- Assesses guest needs and inquire about contraindications like any allergies, and pregnancy, etc before beginning the service
- Maintains spa appearance, cleanliness according to standard operating procedures
- Maintains knowledge of hours of operation, reservations, fees, treatments, products and merchandise
- Sets-up and organizes workstation with designated supplies, forms and resource materials, report shortages to supervisor
- Anticipate guest's needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day
- Maintain positive guest relations at all times and maintain client details and confidentiality.
- Try to resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction and inform the management about any incidents or guest complaints.
- Ensure sanitation and safety programs are closely followed
- Provide excellent customer service to guests
- Perform other tasks assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Current State Licensure (Esthetician, Cosmetologist)

Spa Receptionist
This position requires keen customer service and knowledge to provide memorable experiences for our guests. One of the first tenets of operating a successful spa is efficiency and accuracy in scheduling while maintaining exemplary customer service. Your main job objective is the smooth operation of the reception desk.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Opening & Closing Spa based on shift schedule.
- Answer phones, checking voicemails, return guest calls, and responding to emails with booking requests.
- Book Appointments in person, on the phone, or through email
- Close out appointments and take payments
- Interact with guests using spa services
- Light daily cleaning and occasional deep cleaning as needed.
- Time management, accuracy, attention to detail and exceptional customer service is key to this position.
- Become knowledgeable about spa retail products
- Problem solves to create a win-win outcome.
- Provide guests with all materials needed for brochures to service technician information.
- Become an expert in knowing all the spa services and amenities to better sell the overall spa experience.
- Book all spa services for Massage Therapy and Aesthetics
- Recognize that scheduling directly affects our guests' experience and the entire spa operation.
- Assist with guest suggestions/complaints while effectively communicating information to management staff.
- Never say "NO" to a guest; although we may not be able to provide exactly what a guest may want, it's important to provide options.
- Flow Control: get messages to staff regarding appointments, ensure appointment accuracy and provide on-the-spot solutions to double bookings, therapists no-shows, and other scheduling problems.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Ability to have conversations with members/guest so that information that is conveyed is understood.
- Efficient, well organized, and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously
- Energetic, enthusiastic
- Professional manner, discretion, and appearance.
- Strong team player.
- Must be able to keep calm and composed while under pressure.
- Must have an eye for detail.
- Must have reliable transportation (4 wheel drive, all wheel drive, good tires, or tire chains)
- Availability When Facility Is Open: This could include morning, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
