Housekeeper / Supervisor
General Role: Perform housekeeping duties as well as doing room checks and overseeing other housekeeping staff.
Employment: Full Time Seasonal
Assistant Management Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day housekeeping & lodge laundry operations.
- Train and mentor housekeeping staff to ensure quality work is consistently performed to company standards.
- Follow lodge protocols to ensure rooms and public areas are cleaned correctly.
- Customer service skills required to interact with guests and staff.
Housekeeping Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Clean guest rooms per lodge protocols using proper PPE as needed.
- Maintain housekeeping carts with cleaning supplies, linen, towels, etc.
- Replenish guest rooms with bath supplies, towels, cups, writing supplies, and amenities.
- Strip and re-make beds with fresh linen.
- Stock closets with linens, supplies, and place amenities such as rollaway beds back in their proper locations.
- Dust and polish furniture and equipment.
- Request repair services per lodge procedure.
- Observe precautions required to protect lodge and guest property, and report damage, theft, and found articles to supervisor.
- Polish silver/brass accessories and metalwork such as fixtures & fittings.
- Remove debris from lobby & pool areas.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior work experience preferred.
- Hardworking and self-motivated.
- Quality interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Positive attitude, professional manner and appearance in all situations.
Work Schedule
- 8-hour shifts any day of the week, shifts have flexible start times between 6-8 am and end 8 hours later between 2 and 4 pm depending on the day, weather, and lodge business.
- Weekend and Holiday work required.
- No vacation as this is a seasonal position.
- Daily breakfast and lunch provided.
- Additional pay incentive provided for cleaning additional rooms above the daily expected amount.
Accommodations
- Primarily a live-out position however limited onsite housing in shared, dormitory-style rooms available on a first-come-first-served basis. These accommodations have a bi-weekly room and board charge of $125 and include three meals a day.
- Bus pass provided for both live out and live-in staff
Housekeeper
General role: Perform cleaning duties of lodge rooms and public areas per lodge standards. Housekeepers use a checklist to perform cleaning duties so that rooms are sanitized, attractive, and ready for guests. Assists other housekeepers as necessary to complete the cleaning in a timely manner.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be organized and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be reliable and prompt to work.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
- Must follow all lodge protocols regarding the cleaning of guest rooms and public areas.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, & lift for extended periods of time. Must be able to bend, kneel, handle, reach, grasp, and perform repetitive motions.
- Must be able to lift up to 30lbs.
- Must be prepared to be flexible due to weather conditions – ie staying later due to road closures or coming up early due to road closures.
- Use chemicals in a safe manner and wear proper PPE.

Laundry Attendant
General Description: Launders, folds, and delivers all the linens, towels, and uniforms of the lodge.
Employment: Full Time Seasonal
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Clean and fold all lodge linens, including dining room, guest room, and kitchen linens, with commercial laundry equipment.
- Deliver laundry bags to the laundry room from throughout the hotel.
- Launder and restock employee uniforms.
- Restock pool area towels.
- Stock housekeeping closets with linens, and place amenities such as rollaway beds back in their proper locations.
- Clean and maintain the laundry room.
- Perform special duties such as cleaning guestrooms, vacuuming public areas, and assisting other departments as needed.
- Provide nightly turndown service.
- Clean and set up laundry room prior to lodge opening.
- Assist guests with all questions and reasonable requests.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Ability to analyze and solve problems.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Positive attitude, professional manner and appearance in all situations.
- Ensure high level of customer service is maintained at all times
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Work Schedule
- Specific Shift: Any day of the week either 6am – 2pm, or 3-11pm exact times may vary
- Ski time available most days, hours flexible depending on lodge business.

Public Areas Attendant
General job description: Responsible for cleaning public areas of the lodge.
Employment: Full Time Seasonal
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Clean all lodge public areas, including lobbies, public restrooms, laundry areas, spa, jacuzzi, and pool areas, fitness center, business center, and other areas per department checklists.
- Disinfect and sanitize high-touch areas per lodge protocols.
- Vacuum public, office, and employee areas.
- Dust and vacuum.
- Maintain custodial carts and closets with supplies.
- Perform nightly turndown service.
- Assist laundry attendants with cleaning, folding, and restocking closets.
- Wipe interior windows.
- Clean elevators.
- Empty trash in hallways and common areas.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Quality interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Positive attitude, professional manner and appearance in all situations.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to lift up to 40lbs.

- Allows for ski time most work days but not guaranteed
