- Accounts Payable
- Performing Bank, Vendor, and Credit Card reconciliation
- Executing bi-weekly payroll:
- Time clock management
- Downloading into 3rd party application
- Employee tracking
- Tip allocation
- Bank deposits and inhouse cash management
- Journal Entries
- Manage Property Management / QuickBooks / Aloha POS Interface
- Prepare In-house Operating Financial Statements
- Balance Sheet Reconciliation
Qualifications:
- 2+ years book keeping or accounting experience (Preferred)
- Quickbooks Pro Desktop Accounting Program Experience (Required)
- Quality written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong computer and telephone skills
- Mathematical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to sit, talk on the phone, and operate a computer for extended periods of time
- Positive attitude, professional manner and appearance in all situations
Work Schedule
- Summer shifts M-F from 8:30 – 3:30 pm.
- Winter shift schedule can have some flexibility to allow for ski time if desired.
Accommodations
- The Rustler Lodge has both on-site and off-site employee housing if a candidate is interested. Onsite housing available in shared dormitory style rooms. Bi weekly room and board charge of $125. Off-site housing is located at the base of Little Cottonwood Canyon and has a bi-weekly room and board charge of $100.

Night Auditor
Employment: Full Time Seasonal
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Overnight position
- Reconcile transactions for the day
- Prepare all required daily and summary reports
- Provide courteous and professional guest services
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve guest concerns
- Complete late night guest check-ins and early morning guest check-outs
- Assist guests with luggage handling
- Perform late night housekeeping requests
- Provide early morning coffee service
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer service preferred
- Quality written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Mathematical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Positive attitude, professional manner, and appearance in all situations
Work Schedule
- Shifts any day of the week, 5 days a week from 10:30 pm to 6 am
- Weekend and Holiday work required
- No vacation as this is a seasonal position

Front Desk Agent
Employment: Full Time Seasonal
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform check-in and check-out procedures
- Provide guests with information regarding hotel policies
- Assist guests with requests and problems
- Answer the telephone using appropriate phone etiquette
- Provide professional, friendly, positive, upbeat, and hospitable service at all times
- Communicate effectively with guests, management, staff, and co-workers
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer service preferred
- Quality written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Mathematical and problem-solving skills

Work Schedule

- Some ski time is available most days but not guaranteed

Guest Relations Concierge
Employment: Full Time Seasonal
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Organize, coordinate, and execute all guest relations activities for the lodge
- Create a calendar of guest events – roughly weekly, at least 15 guest events per season, including out of house guest speakers
- Run the lodge's children's program events – roughly weekly, ensure at least 15 children's events per season
- Answer guest surveys in a timely manner and ensure every guest survey has been answered to the fullest possible extent
- Execute system to track guest interactions.
- Perform guest meet and greets.
- Welcome guests and serve nightly après ski appetizers
- Coordinate and host lodge dinner guests at nightly "Wasatch Table"
- Provide menu feedback to owner after eating dinner with guests
- Assist Front Office staff with guest check-in and check-out procedures, including lodge tours
- Assist guests with questions and requests
- Respond to guest complaints in a timely manner
- Reply to guest surveys as well as TripAdvisor and Yelp reviews
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer service preferred
- Excellent communication and observational skills
- Polite and friendly demeanor
- Quality written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to multi-task

Work Schedule
- Shifts any day of the week, generally a split shift to ensure ample time spent with lodge guests each day
- Weekend and Holiday work required

Houseperson / Bellhop
Employment: Full Time Seasonal
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist Front Office staff with guest check-in and check-out procedures, including lodge tours
- Luggage handling
- Snow and garbage removal
- Light maintenance
- Assist with laundry, housekeeping, and public area cleaning
- Provide nightly turndown service
- Valet parking
- Shuttle service in the Alta/Snowbird area
- Assist guests with questions and requests
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must be 21 years old
- Quality interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to analyze and solve problems
- Ability to multi-task
- Positive attitude, professional manner and appearance in all situations
- Must be able to stand and shovel snow for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
Work Schedule
- Exact shift times may vary, employees assigned a variety of shifts throughout the week: 6:30 am – 2:30 pm, 11:00 am – 7:00 pm; 4:00 pm – 12:00 am; 8:00-11:00am and 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm
- Some ski time available most days depending on shifts
