Restaurant Manager
Employment: Full Time Seasonal
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Train, supervise, manage, and lead staff
- Deliver superior guest service and ensure guest satisfaction
- Respond to guest requests and complaints
- Manage dining room reservations
- Schedule, organize, and supervise dining room shifts
- Problem solving, monitor operations, and initiate corrective actions
- Ability to perform any and all dining room positions
- Maintain a wine list
- Ensure compliance with lodge dress codes and state health codes
- Nurture a positive, team-oriented environment
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years past management experience, preferably in the F&B industry
- Extensive wine knowledge a plus
- Working knowledge of Aloha POS a plus
- Quality customer service skills
- Flexibility
- Valid ServSafe and TIPS certifications
- Ability to analyze and solve problems
- Ability to multi-task
- High level of attention to detail as well as proven organizational skills
- Positive attitude, professional manner and appearance in all situations
- Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 30lbs

Servers
Employment: Full Time Seasonal
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve food and beverages to guests
- Be familiar with food and drink menus to answer questions concerning preparation, portion size, and ingredients
- Attend pre-meal meetings as required
- Check duty/side work lists for assigned duties and complete tasks in timely manner
- Administer exceptional service according to operational procedures
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have, or be able to obtain, a valid Utah food handler permit & Utah alcohol server permit
- Previous restaurant experience is strongly preferred
- Great customer service skills
- Ability to analyze and solve problems
- Ability to multi-task
- Positive attitude, professional manner and appearance in all situations
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, & lift for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 30lbs
Accommodations

Host / Hostess
Employment: Full Time Seasonal
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests
- Take dinner reservations for guests over the telephone and in person
- Be familiar with food and drink menus to answer questions concerning preparation, portion size, and ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness of the host stand
- Perform side work, clean-up, and closing duties according to checklist
- Assist servers, bussers, and food runners as needed
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management

Busser / Food Runner
Employment: Full Time Seasonal
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Clear and reset tables as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitary condition of dining room and service areas
- Clean employee dining area, including vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping
- Assist in completion of post-shift clean-up and side work duties according to checklist
- Inspect guest orders for completeness and quality prior to delivery to table
- Assist servers in presentation of meals
- Assist dining room manager, chef, and co-workers as needed
- Attend to buffet and omelet station during breakfast service
- Be familiar with food and drink menus to answer questions concerning preparation, portion size, and ingredients
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Great customer service skills
- Ability to analyze and solve problems
- Ability to multi-task
- Positive attitude, professional manner and appearance in all situations
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, & lift for extended periods of time

Bartender
Employment: Full Time Seasonal or Part Time Seasonal
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Mix, prepare, and serve drinks according to approved recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitary conditions of bar and lounge area
- Wash glassware during service
- Maintain records of liquors, beers, and wine to ensure bar stock is maintained at all times
- Operate in accordance with Utah liquor laws
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have, or be able to obtain, a valid Utah food handler permit and a Utah alcohol server permit
- Prior bartending experience preferred
- Strong computer skills; knowledge of Aloha POS useful
- Great customer service skills
- Ability to analyze and solve problems
- Ability to multi-task
- Positive attitude, professional manner and appearance in all situations
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, & lift for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 30lbs
Work Schedule:
- Full time day bartender 5 days a week 11- 5pm, exact hours may vary
- Part time day bartender, 4-5 days a week 3-8 pm, exact hours may vary
