Deposits- Deposit of $500.00 per person is required upon booking with the balance due 45 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations- Cancellations received 45 days or more prior to the planned arrival date will be refunded less a $150.00 PER ROOM processing fee ($75.00 Per Dorm Space).

All other cancellations (regardless of the reason) will forfeit full payment, unless we are able to refill the entire space. Guests are responsible for all nights reserved and will be charged for all changes. Due to the nature and size of our property, it is necessary to strictly adhere to our cancellation policy.

Travel insurance - is available by contacting our reservation department, or you can contact our travel partner, eTravel, direct at 877.387.2835.

Check-in/Check-out- Check-in time is 4 p.m. and check-out is Noon. If you are departing later than Noon., your luggage can be placed in our luggage room until departure. Changing facilities are available in the spa bathrooms.

The Rustler Lodge proudly accepts personal checks and credit cards including Mastercard, Visa and American Express.

We operate on a Modified American Plan (breakfast and dinner daily).

A meal coupon is issued to those who arrive after dinner and can be used for Lunch or Dinner during your stay at the Rustler. No refunds are given for missed meals.

We do our best to accommodate all requests, however we do not guarantee a specific floor or room number.

We cannot accommodate pets.
